Return or Exchange.

If any item did not suit you, you can return any goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. The money will be returned to you within 5 days from receipt of the goods. Or you can exchange the goods for other goods of equal value within 30 days.

The procedure and conditions for the exchange of goods for another size or article.

The goods should be in their original form - with no signs of use.

Be sure to provide proof of purchase – a bill or cash invoice.

Fill in the application form that you will find in your package along with the goods or HERE. If the application form is not available or it is lost, you can freely describe the reason for the exchange and the model you want to receive in return. In addition, we recommend you to immediately place a new order in our store. When ordering, indicate in the comments the previous order number. Then these goods will be immediately reserved for you and sent to your address as soon as we have received the returned goods for exchange.

At the exchange of goods, the cost of the refund is paid by the Buyer. The cost of delivery of the new goods is paid by the online store.

If you discover a manufacturing defect, write to us at eshop@nordic.lv, ensuring to attach photographs of the defective goods.

Under the condition of an obvious defect, there is no need to send back the defective goods.
